We accept payment methods of:

NOTE: We are not liable for surcharges applied by third-party financial institutions such as your bank or Paypal.



We ship Australia-wide and deliveries are between Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm (excluding public holidays). For all orders, signature of the receiver on delivery is required for proof of delivery. Usually dispatch order takes approximately 2-3 days to ship from our warehouse for in stock items and time frame of the delivery depends on the delivery location.

We also offer customer pick-up orders – for any of these orders, the customer is required to wait for a confirmation phone call or email to notify when the goods are ready to be picked up. We will reject customers who come into our warehouse prior to any notification in relation to pick-ups.

  • Our warehousing centre is located in VIC: 45 Wurundjeri Drive Epping, VIC 3076.


NOTE: PO box addresses and parcel lockers are NOT valid for a delivery location.

NOTE: You must reject the delivery if you have a received the damaged item on arrival. Please Do NOT accept the delivery in this situation.



If you have received a damaged item or the packaging has been damaged upon arrival, please contact us right away. You also MUST reject the delivery so that we can help you with a replacement quicker.





  • CHANGE OF MIND: Please note we reserve the right not to accept returns for incorrect choices or change of mind. All return requests in this regard must be within 30 days of purchase and preapproved by Elite Print Solutions. Depending on the product, you will need to pay a minimum 25% restocking fee for non-defective purchases and we will not cover any shipping costs in this regard. We DO NOT accept returns for products cost more than $999. We DO NOT accept returns for products where the original boxes have been opened and / or used.


  • FAULTY PRODUCTS: When you receive a faulty device please be in contact with us so we can assist you with our returns process regarding faulty products. All products within warranty, come with a manufacturer warranty therefore the manufacturer must be in contact with you to proceed with a claim. Please ask for the case number or a letter that can be provided to us for further action on your behalf. Please return the faulty item to Elite Print Solutions with all the original box contents.
    • After receiving the faulty product: Depending on our availability at the time, a refund or replacement may be available, if the item is deemed as faulty. If the item is not faulty/faulty, the customer will be responsible for return costs. Replacements cannot be shipped out or refunds actioned until the return claim has been completed in full in the event the item is not faulty.

We gladly accept returns if you have received an incorrect item or a defective one.


  • REFUND POLICY: If the item that you received is faulty and you are after refund, you should expect your refund within 4 weeks. This period allows for transit time, to receive the item from the shipment company which usually takes between 5 to 15 business days. Return processing time of 3 to 5 business days from our end and between 5 to 10 business days for your bank to process the refund.


  • CANCELLATION: We reserve the right to charge a minimum of 25% cancellation fee. We also reserve the right to cancel any order, and refund in full if for any reason we cannot fulfil your order.

Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic, we are experiencing delays with the return processing time. However, we try our best to reduce the time as much as possible and will provide updates to the customers.

  • Freight on return goods will not be paid for by Elite Print Solutions. Return postage is at the expense of the customer and must be sent to our Melbourne Warehouse: 45 Wurundjeri Drive, Epping VIC 3076.
  • RA number must accompany all returns or no credit will be issued. DO NOT RETURN GOODS WITHOUT AN RA NUMBER.
  • Defective products must be returned in the original cartons and with all original pieces, packing materials and relevant manuals and cables(if required), accompanied by a copy of the relevant invoice and RA form and number or credit will be denied.
  • Toner and Laser cartridges MUST have a sample of the print (NO EXCEPTIONS) or credit will be denied. Without this we are unable to process the return to the vendor of the product.
  • Once returned, defective items will be inspected and assessed for credit. Some items will need to be sent away to various vendors for assessment and will only be credited upon approval from the vendor. NOTE: you will have to re-order for a replacement.
  • All unwanted or incorrectly invoiced stock items must be returned ‘un-opened’ and in ‘as new’ condition with no writing, sticky tape or any other form of labels or markings on them or the credit will be denied and the stock returned at the customer’s expense. (NO EXCEPTIONS) NOTE: goods that have been opened but not used/installed and/or goods that were invoiced by Elite Print Solutions greater than 30 days prior will not be accepted and the RA will be denied and where applicable stock returned at the customer’s expense.
  • A minimum 25% restocking fee will apply to goods being returned where the original fault of supply lay not with Elite Print Solutions.
  • All claims for shortages or claims of damaged goods can only be accepted if made within 2 working days from the date of delivery to you.
  • If a product has been refilled, remanufactured or tampered with in any way the claim will be rejected and sent back at the customer’s expense. (NO EXCEPTIONS).


Pricing advertised on our website is in Australian Dollar (AUD). All prices are inclusive of GST. All prices are subject to change without notice. Products advertised on our website could be either; out of stock, on back order, or end of life. The displayed prices of our products may vary with the actual cost of the product, due to the daily supplier cost. Contact us to confirm the pricing and shipping charges. The shipping charges in our website are subject to change based on the delivery locations.
