95% of cartridges we carry are in stock and shipped to you straight
away! That means that if you place an order on a stocked item before
2:00 pm on a business day, your order will be shipped on the same day.
Orders on stocked items placed after 2:00pm will be shipped next business day. For orders not in stock, we will contact you immediately within normal trading hours.
Standard Delivery: generally same day through to next day for Metro locations. Non-metro/country locations are 2-4 days
Air Freight Delivery: Generally required for remote locations - 1-2 days
Dispatch of orders is subject to receipt of credit card payment or confirmation of cleared funds when payment is made by cheque or direct debit.
We ship to addresses in Australia Only. Delivery is offered by
courier throughout Australia. Delivery fee includes one delivery attempt
to site. If for some reason the courier is unable to deliver on first
attempt, re-delivery fees will apply. If delivery is unsuccessful and a
card is left by the courier, it is the customer's responsibility to

Where an incorrect freight option is selected, Elite Print Solutions will at its own discretion endeavor to contact the customer to obtain the balance of payment to process the order with the correct freight option. If the customer refuses to make payment for the balance, Elite Print Solutions reserves the right to cancel the order, and payment will be refunded minus an administration fee.
If for some reason your order is delayed, we will contact you to make other arrangements or offer alternatives.
We accept payment by the following methods:
- Credit Cards: We accept Visa and Mastercard. Please note: that your credit card statement will show a purchase from "Elite Print Solutions"
- Cheques: Your order will be dispatched once funds are cleared.
- Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) / Direct Debit: You will receive an invoice for your order complete with Bank Details for EFT/ Direct Debit payment shortly after your order is placed. Your order will be dispatched once notification of deposited funds is received from you via email (please include the invoice number in your notification) and is confirmed by the Bank

Spare parts are sold as is and without warranty if not installed by an Elite Print Solutions technician. Please check carefully before ordering that model codes and part descriptions exactly match requirements, as no refunds or exchanges can be offered for incorrectly ordered parts. If the parts cannot be delivered by courier due to customer not being present at delivery time, it then becomes the responsibility of the customer to arrange a re-delivery time with the courier. If for some reason the goods are returned to our warehouse, then re-delivery charges will apply.
Returns and Credits
All claims for damage, shortage, incorrect pricing or supply must be made within 7 business days from receipt of goods.
Please choose items carefully as they are generally not able to be returned once delivered. We will not refund for incorrectly ordered goods. If incorrect items are ordered & dispatched, we will at our discretion, exchange goods and any difference in pricing will be charged or credited, allowing for additional shipping, handling & administrative charges incurred. We have the right to waive this policy under certain circumstances and any such return would be subject to additional charges such as restocking fees, applicable bank charges and other return criteria.
Incorrect pricing will be "charged back" to the credit card used in the initial purchase or we may offer goods to the value of the difference by mutual agreement.
Items incorrectly sent or received in a damaged state (slight packaging damage or soiling not considered under warranty) will be replaced or correct items dispatched at no extra charge. This will only occur once the incorrect or damaged goods have been returned to Elite Print Solutions.
Any applicable warranties cover manufacturing faults and workmanship only, unless expressly indicated therein, and does not cover negligence, misuse or accidental damage caused by the user or other persons.
Faulty items will be repaired or replaced at our discretion according to the manufacturer’s direction and under the Manufacturer's Warranty and Returns Policy.
We reserve the right to deny credit claims or returns at our discretion.
Customers should refer to the Manufacturer's Warranty booklet or call the Warranty phone number to obtain warranty entitlements and claims processing.
